PD Upload Problems

Does anyone else have trouble uploading to Photographers Direct. If I upload say 5 images in one go, they all appear to upload with no problems, thumbnail images are generated for ALL the uploads but typically 3 out 5 five of the images won't have a larger watermarked image generated for them. When the images are rated the ones that don't have a watermarked image are then marked as "Cannot See". This happens when uploading via IE and also via Firefox. Reuploading the files will get some of more of the images to upload correctly, repeat it often enough and I get all the images to upload.

The batch of 6 images took at total of 3 three uploads tonight.
1st upload - 2 images ok - 3 didn't get a watermarked version so I uploaded again.
2nd upload - 2 images ok - 2 didn't get a watermarked version so I uploaded them again.
3rd upload - the last 2 images were ok.

The only work round I've got is to only upload images 1 or 2 at a time. This has been an on-going problem for well over a year. I have reported when I reported to PD when I first encountered the problem I was told the problem must be corrupt files. But reuploading the same files (not regenerating them) and they will eventually work. I was also told the problem is that the upload isn't transmitting the whole file (I have no problems uploading to anyother website and if the file doesn't arrive how come PD can generate a thumbnail?).

A month back I again emailed PD about this (twice) and my emails go not reply.

I've never had a single problem with any file or batch. The complete opposite of Alamy in fact.
