We can park at the Trentabank site, and choose our walk from there - walks range from 2 to 5 miles or so, and the going is moderate. Some steep gradients, unsuitable for pushchairs. Walking boots or shoes recommended.
Bring a picnic and a drink - although there is an information centre at the car park, and toilets, there is nothing on the way round.
A decision on route length will be made on the day, dependent on the weather.

Bring a long lens - and flash - the forest can have low light because of the canopy - wide angle lens useful for when the countryside opens out before you.
